01 Predmet
Ovi uslovi uređuju korišćenje sajta mnsavic.com i opšte uslove poslovne saradnje u vezi sa proizvodima iz našeg programa: samolepljive i štampane trake, streč folija, PP traka, air bubble folija, kartonske kutije, termo folija, pamučne krpe i krep traka.
02 Proizvodi i ponude
Sve dimenzije i specifikacije izrađujemo po zahtevu kupca. Informacije i fotografije na sajtu su informativnog karaktera i ne predstavljaju obavezujuću ponudu. Sajt ne omogućava onlajn kupovinu — narudžbine se realizuju na osnovu upita i pisane ponude.
Obavezujuća ponuda nastaje tek kada vam dostavimo pisanu ponudu sa cenom, količinom, rokom i uslovima isporuke, a potvrđuje se vašom prihvaćenom porudžbinom.
03 Cene i plaćanje
Cene se utvrđuju pojedinačnom ponudom u zavisnosti od specifikacije, količine i tržišnih uslova. Način i rok plaćanja definišu se ponudom, odnosno ugovorom. Ukoliko nije drugačije naznačeno, cene ne uključuju troškove transporta.
04 Isporuka
Uobičajen rok isporuke je 3 do 5 radnih dana od potvrde porudžbine, osim za specifične artikle gde se rok dogovara posebno. Rizik prelazi na kupca u trenutku predaje robe kupcu ili prevozniku, u skladu sa dogovorenim uslovima isporuke.
05 Reklamacije i kvalitet
Posvećeni smo visokom kvalitetu. Eventualne reklamacije na količinu ili vidljive nedostatke prijavljuju se bez odlaganja, a najkasnije u roku od 8 dana od prijema robe, pisanim putem na office@mnsavic.com, uz opis i dokumentaciju. Prava kupca ostvaruju se u skladu sa važećim propisima Republike Srbije.
06 Intelektualna svojina
Celokupan sadržaj sajta (tekstovi, logotip, dizajn, fotografije i grafika) zaštićen je i predstavlja vlasništvo kompanije M&N Savic Group d.o.o. ili se koristi uz odgovarajuću dozvolu. Zabranjeno je umnožavanje, distribucija ili komercijalna upotreba bez prethodne pisane saglasnosti.
07 Ograničenje odgovornosti

01 Scope
These terms govern the use of mnsavic.com and the general terms of business cooperation regarding our product range: adhesive and printed tapes, stretch film, PP strapping, bubble film, cardboard boxes, shrink film, cotton cloths and crepe (masking) tape.
02 Products and offers
All dimensions and specifications are produced to the customer's request. Information and photographs on the site are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer. The site does not provide online purchasing — orders are processed on the basis of an enquiry and a written quotation.
A binding offer arises only once we provide you with a written quotation stating price, quantity, lead time and delivery terms, and is confirmed by your accepted order.
03 Prices and payment
Prices are set in individual quotations depending on specification, quantity and market conditions. The method and term of payment are defined in the quotation or contract. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include transport costs.
04 Delivery
The usual lead time is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation, except for specific items where the term is agreed separately. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the buyer or carrier, in accordance with the agreed delivery terms.
05 Complaints and quality
We are committed to high quality. Any complaints regarding quantity or visible defects must be reported without delay, and no later than 8 days from receipt of goods, in writing to office@mnsavic.com, with a description and documentation. Buyer's rights are exercised in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
06 Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, logo, design, photographs and graphics) is protected and is the property of M&N Savic Group d.o.o. or is used under appropriate license. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

04 Lieferung
Die übliche Lieferzeit beträgt 3 bis 5 Werktage ab Auftragsbestätigung, außer bei speziellen Artikeln, bei denen die Frist gesondert vereinbart wird. Das Risiko geht mit der Übergabe der Ware an den Käufer oder Frachtführer gemäß den vereinbarten Lieferbedingungen über.
05 Reklamationen und Qualität
Wir setzen auf hohe Qualität. Reklamationen bezüglich Menge oder sichtbarer Mängel sind unverzüglich, spätestens jedoch innerhalb von 8 Tagen nach Wareneingang, schriftlich an office@mnsavic.com mit Beschreibung und Unterlagen zu melden. Die Rechte des Käufers richten sich nach den geltenden Vorschriften der Republik Serbien.
06 Geistiges Eigentum
